Jesika Young is a native of Louisville, Kentucky and a current resident of Floyds Knobs, Indiana with her husband and two children. She holds a Bachelor’s degree as a graduate of Hanover College. With extensive knowledge of commercial banking, Jesika is Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer for MainSource Bank in Kentucky/Southern Indiana market area. She has been awarded a 20 under 40 from the Southern Indiana Paper, News & Tribune as well as the Young Alumna of the Year award from Presentation Academy. She is a member of the 2017 class of Business First’s Forty under 40. Additionally, Jesika serves as a consortium member of the Kentuckiana Construction Resource Network and serves as a board member on the Women’s Foundation of Southern Indiana. Jesika is heavily involved with the Greater Louisville Inc. chamber and supports many other local organizations. In 2017, Jesika was chosen as a candidate for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Woman of the Year campaign and is currently raising awareness and funds for a cancer free future.

Jesika is a co-owner of Women Who Wine for a Cause (WWW4C). Jesika, along with her 4 other partners, connect, celebrate and communicate for local philanthropies. The organization prides itself on raising awareness for women and children based organizations and connecting professional women together. Jesika is also a contributing writer to the international publication Millennial Mom Magazine, which features stories of the messy blend of business world and “mom-prenuer”.

In 2016, Jesika was awarded the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) EPIC Award for Supporting Partner of the Year and is the current President of the NAWBO Kentucky/Southern Indiana Chapter. As the fifth largest chapter in the nation, NAWBO Kentucky provides support, resources and opportunities to propel women entrepreneurs into economic, social and political spheres of power worldwide. The Kentucky Chapter has always been inclusive of Southern Indiana and is now joining forces with Lexington Kentucky as well. Jesika is committed to helping business women achieve their goals and connecting them to the resources for success. Operating at the executive level, she has worked collaboratively with industry knowledge and the NAWBO mission to carry out the Board’s vision to the success it is today.
